Background: Urethroplasty is the surgical repair of an injury or defect within walls urethra. Trauma, iatrogenic and infections are most common causes urethral injury/defect requiring repair. regarded as go treatment for strictures offers better outcomes in terms recurrence rates than dilatations urethrotomies. It probably only useful modality long complex though higher this difficult group. Case: 32 years old male came to surgery opd with complaint swelling over base penile shaft since 6 months associated dribbling urine months, painful erection, burning micturition 1week Patient had history trauma back during intercourse following which he penis transient hematuria. For went a local doctor took symptomatic treatment. The persisted but did not seek any medical attention. On clinical examination 3x2cm ventral aspect at penoscrotal junction Skin appears normal on palpation was non tender, no rise temperature, redness, discharge, non-translucent Bilateral testis palpable scrotum Ultrasonography s/o partial tear corpora spongiosum root communicating urethra approximately 15 cc collection internal echoes it f/s/o fracture penis. underwent urethroplasty flap using buckÂ’s fascia. Conclusion: fascia also be considered .
